Andy Moore is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB) and has a lifetime’s experience in office fit out and refurbishment from small-scale works to multi-million-pound projects. His career has spanned joinery work, exhibition and shop fitting, site, construction, and project management. He is adept at turning drawing board designs into reality, working with architects, designers and space planners as needed and managing projects from conception to completion.

After a long career in commercial refurbishment, Andy now focuses on residential refurbishments using his extensive knowledge to manage projects from start to finish. He can take away the headache of monitoring the progress and work quality of different trades, reduce disruption and delays and help maintain good relations with neighbours.

He can support you with bespoke projects such as installing a home office, or with complete back-to-brick refurbishments. He can liaise with Building Control, structural engineers and architects, ensure Health and Safety issues are addressed, and advise on room layout, finishes, fixtures, and fittings.

Andy has a passion for making older properties more energy efficient and can advise on where home energy savings can be made, including air source heat pumps, geothermal systems and mega flow hot water systems which, alongside solar panel installations, can reduce bills and dependence on gas.
